Sunroof not working

Ok heres a good one... My rear sunroof opens all the way fine....but when I go to close it i hear the relay clicking but it doesnt engane the motor...if i hit the stitch a few times rapidly sometime it will close correctly.most of the time I have to use an allen wrench..any ideas?

Before you break it have someone inspect it for broken arms, clean and lube it. Maybe you can save it, just quit pushing buttons and have all the tracks and arms checked.
