My truck will arbitrarily lower itself to access level and the dash board becomes a Christmas tree. I have read about this problem across the pond, but I wanted to get some input from people who work for LR in the states. I've taken the truck to the dealership twice this week, 120 one way per trip for a total 480. I just want to get this problem resolved so that I can enjoy my truck.

You took it to the dealer just recently? There is a major service "enhancement" program for air suspended LR3's that swap out the compressor and do a lot of ECU software changes. It's a pretty comprehensive set of changes altogether. There is also a new TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) for correcting the tire alignment to prevent the premature tire wear many are experiencing with the stock Goodyears.

They only did "software upgrades," but the service writer stated that I might get better service if I had bought the truck at this stealership. This was stated prior to any work being completed.

I can't believe he would actually say that to you. Is that supposed to be some kind of excuse in case they still can't get it right? That a load of :bs:

Land Rover doesn't call you up at home anymore to see how your last service appointment was, I guess I know why. I used to get that call everytime I brought my truck into Land Rover Willow Grove.

That is absolutely absurd! The service writer is a "Fracking" idiot! Frack him, just go directly to the service manager, and if you don't get an apology from the service manager immediately then "Frack" him and get Land Rover North American involved. As a Land Rover owner that just pisses me off!:banghead: What dealership are this your referring too?:patriot:

Land Rover Gulf Coast is the culprit. I do not like going there because they service Jags, Infinities, Acuras, and LRs in the same garage. They are only 100 miles from my house, so they are the closest dealership. The next closest, 300 miles, is where I bought my truck, LR Gwinnett. I guess I'll take another mini vacation to have the correct work done to my truck.
