Suspension upgrades on a D2 Bilstein 7100?

Hey Gang,
I have a 2000 D2 with SLS and I'm looking to do a suspension upgrade.
I don't want to do it twice, and I'm looking for top shelf upgrade.

I'd like to keep the airbags in the rear and maybe do a 2" puck type lift.

Are the bolt on Fox's the way to go, or are the Bilstein 7100s a better option?

Anyone do this?
