Towing with a DII

Did a little towing today with the Disco and I realize how much the butt sags down, like an inch or so. It may not seem much but from a distance it sure looks funny!
Anyone tried the medium or heavy duty OME springs? Stiff ride?

Try checking the weight on the tow hitch. It should be less than 330 Lb.

SLS self leveling suspension.

I have it and love it. You can get something like it. try an air lift suspension. theyre airbags that fit inside the coils and can be inflated to level out the rear.

The factory springs are too soft. If you do much towing, upgrade to the OME springs. I run the heavy duty setup. No, the ride is actually better than factory in my opinion. More progressive cornering, less understeer, and better road feel. I don't even have any swaybars and I have found that the vehicle is more than capable of towing anything the big pickups can, if your geometry is right. Try to keep the trailers axle as far from the truck as possible. Anything shorter than about 10 feet of load area is like dragging a damn shopping cart around. It works best with a long, heavy trailer.
