D-90.com has a nice write up of the disc brake conversion. I am waiting on one more bracket which is somewhat backordered. Same thing with the auto conversion, but that is somewhat more work. The spendy bit on the auto conversion is the 1997 style cubby assembly, otherwise a 1994-95 disco or 1995 RRC will get you basically all the parts you need.

I really wouldn't bother with either.
Even though every other joker out there with a NAS 110 has to "upgrade" it in the same way.

The drums are fine. Really, they are.
They work well, parts are cheap and they last 100,000 miles. Where's the problem?

You may have noticed that you don't exactly have a fierce powerplant under the hood? Do you really want to make it labor against a slush box. Plus, as Ron alluded to the real key to an auto conversion is not mechanical. It's the trim. Without it, everything looks hacked.

Your truck is fine. Just enjoy it.

Well i read this and thanked you all the other day but it obviously did not get onto the thread. The driver must have an automatic for physical reasons, same with the brakes she feels that they would be easier to operate, and they might be so I am going to keep searching for info. Happy Thanksgiving to all.

In the process of replacing the rear drums on a clients 93 110. Going all new spec salisbury discs and calipers. More expensive route. You can also do rear calipers, stubs, from a d-90 or disco. Non abs hubs as well. There are caliper brackets you will need not avail. through the usual sources. If you go with this the caliper brackets will need to be machined. Keith @ Rovertracks can help w/machining. Just depends on how much loot you are willing to spend. I do have a parts list if you need. Also on the d-90 source there are many discussions. On the auto trans conv. this has been done many times. The console is avail from Ashcroft in the UK and the trannys are readily avail. Not a huge deal. Let me know if I can help. Good look.
