Transmission fluid check and top up

Can anyone tell me how to check and top up the transmission fluid on a Disco Series II?

Engine running in neutral, transmission cool, take out the filler plug and fill up so that it just seaps out. Replace plug. Or stick your finger in the hole and test the level is near top. Take a look at the tech section here.
