So many people to thank! Let me begin.

Trail guides, Dale Knepp, Scott Goforth, JJ Larson. Being a trail guide is more than just getting in front of a group of people and pretending you are a somebody, it is primarily shouldering a full load of responsibility. It is very easy to sit in the middle of a group of cars on a trail and gripe about the pace or trail selections, or yammer on about what you would do. It is very hard to take responsibility for the safety of a group of people. It is even harder when you are being distracted by the malcontented and you are fighting giving in to a more base response as you make choices for the group. I think it shows a great level character to put everything but the safety and enjoyment of the group aside and guide. Courteous, competent, engaging, and helpful, a great reflection of the values we all aspire to as individuals and as an organization. All done for the price of a simple thank you. Gentlemen, thank you.

Registration, Ed and PJ Tomilonious. With out their efforts, we would not be able to host the event. Collecting the fees, making sure folks have the information that they need, and being the ?first impression? for many people when they visit with us. It is the most thankless task of the entire effort, and the most important. Ed, PJ, thank you.

Hay ride, Charles and Beverly Jenkins. For too many events when you remove the show up and drink real heavy factor things can get a little boring. Thanks to Charles and Brenda Jenkins, there are for several of the families? great memories that will last some of their young charges a life time. Can you imagine the time when some grand parent tells a group of children about the time when people met to drive these things called land rovers. And one of them pulled a trailer full of hay through the woods that they all rode on. With this simple act families enjoyed them selves and each other and created a memory. Guys, thank you.

Finally, let me say to those folks who took some time out of their schedule to chance the weather and to spend a weekend visiting with us, thank you. Without you all, there isn?t any event. Thank you.
