Who designed the initial Land Rover Discovery?

Someone or some design team did it. I'm just wondering who it was and what other designs they've done.

I like the design of the 1999 DII the best.

The 1960 x looks appealing.

I believe the original Land Rover Discovery design team went to win international renown as the designers of UPS's cardboard boxes and delivery trucks.

According to this site. Maurice Wilks might be the designer...but I can't be sure.

Yeah, it's hard to tell where Maurice fits into the whole picture without more info.
