Recently bought a 2003 freelander, Day after i bought it right rear window broke, water ingressing rear stowage compartment and rear window not coming up unless I use key to lift it from outside.

Very angry and thinking how typical, I headed to the dealership with intentions of using the lemon card. However after getting there I started recieving good service, the mechanic fix the regulators no problem replace weather stripping, and said it would be possible to preventatively fix the other regulators so they dont go bad next time I bring it in.

I had a great experience and I feel much more confident now that I know warranty work is performed that fast and with no hassle. I hope all other LR dealerships are the same, and for that matter my current one the next time I visit hopefully there isn't an evil shift of workers or something.

I hope myself and many others are recieving this service and will continue to do so.

If I got lucky and this will never happen again please let me know so I can be prepared for the upset.

The dealer on Hawaii, Oahu, which was kind of surprising because much of the similar organizations are lacking in customer service and support, actually most of the entire island is. : )
