Superchip

Has anyone tried the Superchip advertised in the Rovers North catalog? This $500 chip claims to improve both performance and fuel economy.

Poor Gas Mileage

Smonice,
Are you still running factory plug wires, how about the O2 sensors? Both of these will kill your gas mileage if they haven't been changed.
What size tires are you running and what RPM's are you running at 65MPH?

16.5 on average. 00 DII with 102000 miles on her. All I've done over the years is put premium gas and full synthetic oil in. Oh, and also a K&N air filter. I've found one of the bigest killers is a head wind, but with a good tail wind I can bust 17mpg easy on long trips.

Changed my ignition wires

I have an 01 Disco with 60k and my mileage was pretty bad until I changed my ignition wires and plugs. I swear I'm getting an extra 2 miles per gallon after changing them. My advice is to get the Magnecor wires and the Bosch 4+ plugs. Northeast British is where I got them.
