I have regular pioneer changer that I would like to throw in my 97 DI. It's not factory so while the power cable fits, the data transfer needs an adapter. Anyone have a source for this? Anyone done it? thx. |

I was curious about that same thing when my factory changer went out. I emailed Pioneer and asked them if they sold an adapter for the data transfer cable. They said that they didn't make an adapter, and that they didn't know of any company that did, but to check on the internet to see if there was anyone who did. I did a couple searches, but nothing ever turned up. I ended up just paying to have pioneer fix the factory changer. But to answer your question, pioneer doesn't make an adapter and I couldn't find anybody who does. Maybe someone else has had better luck. |
