i got some steel wheels but forgot about the lug nuts, i am hoping my local napa might have the nut's but i dont know what thread to ask for. anyone know?

worst case i just buy online, but i hate having to wait..

I've never been able to find LR threaded lugnuts at an autoparts store. Fortunately a couple of years ago I bought a 5 gal bucket of series steel lugnuts at an auction. So I'm set for life ;-)

yeah, i figured.

they are cheap but paying for shipping and having to wait is simply annoying...

M16 x 1.5 or M16 x 2?


heck i have an M16 x 2 bolt sitting here , i 'll check after work, looks way too course

seems finer than 1.5 though..

i dont see any record of less than a 1.5 in my machineries handbook.

I have an M16 x 2 nut sitting here on my desk...it's the rear pinion nut...
