Hi,
I have the oppurtunity to pick up a set of factory chrome wheels from a 98 Range Rover for relatively cheap, but was wondering if they would fit my 95 Disco without a problem. Does anyone have a sure answer or has anyone seen it done before? Also, are theyre any type of aftermarket, stock looking wheel well arches/flares similiar to the ones that come standard on the disco 2 that will fit on the older discovery?
Thanks in advance!
Nate

I don't think that those wheels are interchangable. The bolt pattern on Range Rover Classics and Disco I's are the same, newer 1995-2002 Range Rovers have the same bolt pattern as 1999-2003 Disco II's. As for arches, Atlantic British has them (www.atlanticbritish.com) for ~$250. But they do not open up the wheel wells any larger. you can buy Disco II flares as seen here, http://www.discoweb.org/fenderflares/index.htm t ofit larger tires.

Nate

Mel is correct, the wheels will NOT fit.

Rimmer brothers in the UK has a converter to fit 4.0/4.6/d2 rims on RRclassic/d1/defender but between the converter and a second set of lug nuts you wont see much change out of $500
