anyone ever do there own. what do i need.?(97 disco) I am thinking(taken from an article in a LR mag.) remove cross member,remove oil,remove/change filter, top up oil,remove sump, clean up and replace seals, reaasemble..... what do you think? remove sump,clean and replace seals |

On the auto, the filter is in the transmission pan... after removal of the crossmember and the fluid is drained, drop the pan, change the filter, refit the pan and crossmember, then add the new fluid. -L |
