I noticed it lately during this colder days. It's an intermittent whistling sound from the passenger side of the dashboard when the AC is on or even in ECO setting, regardless of the blower speed or direction, vents are fully opened. Anyone experienced this problem? Disco II SD 2002 17500 miles |

YES, SAME SITUATION ON MY 2000 D2 SE7. NO PROBLEM DURING THE HOT SUMMER DAYS. INCREASING THE AIRFLOW MAKES NO DIFFERENCE. TURNING OFF FAN WORKS!! WAITING FOR NEXT SERVICE INTERVAL FOR LR TO LOOK AT (HOPEFULLY IT WILL BE COLD OUT). |

With the SE7 it could be the rear AC. My SE7 whistles Dixie when the rear AC is on (check the rear seat panel) and is quiet as a mouse with the rear AC off. |
