I know I should know this, and feel stupid because I don't. maybe someone here can help me out. There are two bars that adjust the steering. One behind the front diff that adjusts toe, and one in front of the front diff that adjust the center of the steering wheel. What are these bars called? and; Do they make heavy duty upgrades for the D2? I bashed mine up nicely and I need to replace them. Thanks! -Chris |

Front of axle: Drag link (from PAS to RH-swivel on LHD vehicles) Rear of axle: Track rod (from RH swivel to LH swivel). Several vendors manufacture strenghtened drag links and steering rods. Look for something in your district - they're quite heavy so postage is way high. You'll need one new ball joint/track rod end as well, as the strenghtened ones are threaded Left one end and Right opposite end of track rod, and what you have now is both RHthreading and an adjusting shaft for setting the toe out.
