My original LR jack seems to have lost its lifting ability, it pumps up till the weight kills it. I know it would be easier to buy another jack, but I am a cheapskate and besides I like the original jack top which has the curved top that nicely fits the axles. Other jacks only have a small flat top and it's easy for the jack points to slide off. I could cut and weld it to another jack, extra work though. Has any one ever repaired a hydraulic jack? |

I had the same problem with mine, and I tried to fill it up and it still would not work. Your best bet is to bite the bullet and buy another one. Will Bobbitt |
