Fog Lamp Switch.... Only 1 fog works ...

I put some hellas up front and spliced directy into the existing wiring harness for the factory fogs. Its been working great for about two years, however, recently the pass. side light will not turn on. I have located the loss in power to be the plug in located behind the headlamp.
