I have a set of 265/75-16. What does it take to make them fit my 96 sd. I am also wondering time and cost of installing a lift. Are the lifts easy to install? Any help is great THanks Bryan |

Installing the lift depends on what you buy. I bought OME HD springs and shocks for my Disco and I installed all four sets myself in under 3 hours with air tools. I own a Disco II so don't know about what your Disco I would need to be trimmed but for my Disco II I trimmed a very small amount on my stock bumper and turned the bracket for the wheel well covers and I get no rubbing even with full compresion with the same tire size! $$ depends on what you get but my OME's cost around $500 I think, if you go to the right place. www.expeditionexchange.com or www.discountrovers.com are the places to go to. |
