Contact East Coast Rovers -ECR. The fit looks tight in a Disco, but I believe they've done it.

I sell a low range kit that reduces low range from approximately 3.4 to 4.3. An Ashcroft bolt on underdrive unit will not fit on a Disco(or anything other than a Defender) because of lack of clearance behind the PTO on the transfer box. I supppose you can make it fit (you can make anything fit if you want to spend enough sheckles doing so) but it would be expensive.

Can also supply complete exchange reman t-cases with the low range kit already installed

Bill - how much for the kit to install DIY and how much for the swap?

Bill, to make the underdrive unit fit on later vehicles, is it because of the floor, or something mechanical?

The footwell in the second row of seats is in the way on a disco II, but no reason you could not make it fit.

Kit is $1399 plus core intermediate gear cluster, complete reman exchange is $3299.

Floor is in the way on a D1, D2 and Classic RR's. As I said if you want to spend enough money you could make it fit but its going to be a serious hack job. I sell a PTO hydraulic pump thats a fraction of the size of an underdrive and its an extremely tight fit in the same spot. You have to drop the back of the trans/t-case down to hook up the fitings.
