Fan Whining

My rover also vibrates at idle from this whining. I have heard that the "vicous fan clutch' is at fault? Has anyone expericed this?   Don Posted on Thursday, November 14, 2002 - 07:12 pm:    the fan viscous is at fault,it should not vibrate at idle because thats when it is enguaged anyway.it will cause vibration at higher rpm.
