finally got some lights...i don't have an aftermarket bumper yet...because first i need some OME springs but since i got the lights i want to drill holes in the bumper and mount the lights...i thought that we had tech articles here on setting up some lights... but i didn't see them...maybe cuz its sooooo easy...anyway...just wanted to know any tips tricks...and any links that would help...thanks guys for all your help...I LOVE THIS FORUM! as much as somebody can love a forum...huh...anyway thanks again peace |

Jess, if you don't have an after market bumper yet you might want to think about using the wires to your existing fog lights (if you have fogs). There is some Tech articles on doing this and it will save alot of time. Just remember that you can only do this if the lights you bought uses a 55 watt bulb. If its a Hella 4000 or something powerfull it will just blow fuses and burn up wires and what not so don't do it. |
