my 96 d1 started the week with a new problem. The red "BRAKE" light on the dashboard will come on for a minute or so and then go out. It does this at various speeds and I've noticed that a bump in the road will either make it illuminate or if already on will make it go out. Obviously somethings loose or dirty. Any suggestions where to start looking. Thanks Eric K. |

Have you checked the fluid level? |

ive had this happen a few times. Check fluid level, and check that the cap to the reservoir is on tight. |
