is it possible to fit driving lights on the horizontal roof rails (that were included under the rear seats)? |

yes...i have seen it done...although i am not sure exactly how...i saw a dude with four lights across the frontmost bar...
my guess is that they drilled through the bar..and then zip tied the wire to the bar until they got somewhere they could let it in...
