I have an opportunity to purchase a used ARB Bull Bar and Ramsey 12k Winch. They a few years old with limit usage. Still in very good shape. How much should I pay?

a lil rule of thumb from my racing days if it was mounted and used and in good to excellent condition, 50% of new. but hey that was racing stuff that was usually beat the heck!
