they seem to have 2 plastic nuts on the 2 small grill guards only on one side any help would be appreciated |

Loosen them, and remove.. easy as that |

I needed to remove a headlight on my D1. The grillguard headlight cover screws with the plastic nuts were siezed on tight. Here's what I did. You can (carefully) flex the bars and remove the outside side by itself (there is one short peg you need to slip over) This will give you enough room to remove your headlight. It will then go back in the same way. Hope that helps. |
