i need to find a range rover for myself...what were the years of the different body styles and how new can i get for $20k? any details would be great...
sorry to post in the tech area but i know this gets the most attention....
really lookin' @ the body style just before this brand new one...i have seen '97 to '01 body style..how far back have they had this body style???

They changed the body style in 1995. In 1995 they made both the "Classic" and the Mark II newer version. Check out www.rangerovers.net.

You may like the newer body style, but with the change came lots of electronic goodies that are difficult and expensive to maintain as they grow older. If you want to spend less than 20K, consider buying a Classic. 87-95. More basic design, easier to maintain even if higher miles,

thanks...i know its not good to have the first year or two of a new thing...but i have found '98s for $19,900 @ a local LR dealership...its got 60k and its a steal...the guy @ the dealership told me...it really was a good deal..and it has the LR preowned limited warranty...thanks guys!
