Hello everyone, Some 5000 km's ago I had to replace a pump-injector unit on my '98 (dec.) disco II TD5. Since I didn't had any figure's I tightned the bolts without a torque wrench. Does anyone has the correct procedure; sequence, torq, adjustment of the spring preload of injector? Any help is appreciated. car history: km 52.000 : lose bolt oilpump chaingear km 75.000 : leaking seal gearbox-to-transfercase > 85.000 : doorlock problems due to dust 100.000: electronicsolenoid failure on pump/injectorunit but I love my car! |
