Hi, does anyone know of a good place to get a set of 8 or 8.5mm Magnecor wires for my D1? Also, I have some bushings that need replacing in a bad way, and wondering what people who have switched to Polyurethane have to say. Also, where to purchase these. Specifically, the bushings around the leaking power steering fluid (ie. panhard rod bushings, etc. need replacing) Thanks, Aaron |

the best place is direct from the company. click here i was going to order from nathan crabtree (discounrovers.com) but he does not carry them due to the price you can get them for on magnecors site, which is where he recommended to get them. dom |

Hey Brad, I just installed the 8mm Magnecors and I've got a Yellow Check Engine light on, did this happen to you to? I've heard that this is not uncommon ,because of the size of the wire, but I'm not sure how to rectify it. Could just be a coincidence but I'm not sure. By the way I've got a '95 Disco with a 3.9 Thanx... |

Jroc I have a 96 with the 4.0. I did not have any problems. You should be able to read the fault codes from a small box under the passengers seat.(i think) I think the 95 has a OBD1. I also upgraded to bosch platimun 2 spark plugs at the same time. Check the code it will indicate what is going on. You can find fault codes on this web site or post it and you will get help. Good Luck |
