Just in case anybody was curious, I was at a metal scrap yard today, and after weighing in, and unloading, the weight of my 97 D1 was 4840, that's with a quarter tank of gas, rovertym front blade,8000 lb winch,235/85/16 MT, and no skid plates. I hope this info is useful to someone!

mine rings in at 5820 minus all camping gear. Has winch, ARB bar, sliders, $G rear, adventure rack, and 32's. I expect to be around 6000 with the wolfe rims.

My '97 SE7 D1 weighed in at 5240lbs with me (220) + Atlantic British (Surco) "safari" roof rack (40 lb mesh roof rack floor). It (D1) has side steps and a brush bar but no winch or ARB-type bumpers.
I suppose that that the OME shocks and springs also add some weight over stock.
