i have a disco 1 92000 miles the engine has a small knock idleing.the engine light comes on everyonce in awile.you think it might be a rod, or just some british factory workers wrench he left in there. |

Could very well be the Cam making some noise. Have the pan dropped and check the rods and mains in it. Doesnt take long and replacements are cheap.
