I have a 96 D1 with manual seats. I would like to put in leather. What will fit? I heard RRC but I do not know. How easy of a conversion is it? |

You can get the genuine article from places like Rimmer Brothers in UK. www.rimmerbros.co.uk Their catalog lists the part number rd 1077 at a price of UKl 750 or $1300 approx plus shipping. |

good luck pal. I have a 95 with manual leather (torn) and i'm looking for seats to replace mine. most scrap yards carry torn leather seats. To repair torn leather seats is about $1000 at most upholstery shops. stick to your cloth. I wish I had cloth. |

Why not go out and purchase the torn leather seats and then cover them with those tight neoprene seat covers from Wet Okole? I've always like the Wet Okole design and fit and it seems like it might be a good substitute, so long as the integrity of the seat has not been compromised. I think the covers are about $250 and you can order them in a beige color similar to factory. Just a thought. |

Jay, those would make nice covers but they dont match anything. They have shades of blue and brown, but I think they stand out like a sore thumb. |
