Seams as though our ABS brake systems malfunction at less than 25mph causing LONGER, UNEXPECTED braking distances! And to add insult to injury, our throttle cables rub, then fray, causing the throttle to remain open! Lets see, no brakes and an open throttle makes Disco a large missile. Make your appointment today, Disco ll owners, and you will receive a complimentary new ABS system ECU computer and a free inspection of your throttle cable(no, they won't replace it unless it is fraying!) Are they ever going to get these trucks right from the get go? |

Umm, maybe you shouldn't drive a car... Every car, no matter what make or brand has recalls. So no, no car manufacturer is ever going to get the trucks right from the get-go. If your throttle gets stuck open, pop the auto trans in neutral. That way you maintain brakes and steering. |

Are there any major problems reported on the 99 LR Disco I SD models? Where can I find such information? |
