Can anyone give me an idea on the easiest way to de pressurize my fuel system? i have been told just pull the fuse, some say pull the realy etc. what is the easiest and anyone have a link to a page that can tell me more.

You don't "have" to do it.

But, it's easy....

Look on the passenger-side fuel-rail (assuming a LHD V8)... there's a cap that looks like a tire-valve cover... underneath is a valve that looks just like a tire valve (lol...). Depress the center pin, and it should depressurize your fuel system.

Or you can pull the fuse for the fuel pump (in that fuse block under the hood on the passenger side), start the truck and let it run untill it dies.

Not all Rovers have the nifty Schrader valve thingie, so if you don't find one, don't freak too badly!

Leslie's right, I never depressurize and it isn't that bad of a gasoline shower (says the Safety Man!).

Pulling the fuse and letting the truck run until it dies is by far the easiest.
