Is the wood trim bolted to the dash or applied with glue? I know the small piece next to the mirror controls is bolted on but I was curious about the other pieces. Thanks |

the real-deal is bolted, the after market stuff is generally glued. |

all trims are bolted with 10mm nut save the trim around the a/c knobs are glued. if you have the central shifter trim that is wood - you need to replace that. also with window switch panel. if you are going to replace with real carbon fiber or real aluminum - let me know, this is my specialty. steve |

Thanks Steve for the info. My brother has a great wood working shop and was toying with the idea of making a wood kit for kicks. He is really good with tools and stuff. |
