is there anything you can use to remove this stuff? i finally finished my 2nd heater core replacement inside of a month, and i've got this film all over the inside of my disco. i can see fine until the weather gets cold, and then i'm trying to look through an uncleanable, unremovable 4 ft cum stain across my windshield. defroster makes it worse. it laughs at windex and ammonia. if the sun is directly in front of you, it's like wearing prisms for glasses. i can't see shit! any ideas? anyone?

You could always just take it to the carwash and let them worry about it.

My 110 is too big to fit in carwashes, but sometimes on the way back from trips I pull into a truckstop and get them to wash the 110 down - it makes the 110 look tiny, sitting in a huge washbay designed for a tractor and trailer.

If the vinegar and Simple Green won't work, try using isopropanol (rubbing alcohol). The glycol in the antifreeze is D'Oh, obviously, a glycol and would be most easily dissolved with another alcohol. Like dissolves like.

Usual disclaimers apply, use adequate ventilation and don't smoke until you're finished. Don't run with scissors and follow all regulations regarding disposal of the wastes generated...
