Hi Guys, I can't get the door open that gives access to my gas cap. I put the key in all the way, and it will turn a little way, but is really stiff, and doesn't turn enough to allow the access door to open. Any suggestions? This is the first time I've tried it- just got a the rig a couple of weeks ago, and here in Oregon, you have to let the attendant pump your gas, so I had no idea it didn't work. Advice much appreciated, and have a great day! Cheers, Paul. |

Just a perhaps scenario, but does the key unlock your doors? I had to replace my ignition switch so I have different keys for the doors/fuel door than my ignition. I've stuck my ignition key in the gas door before and couldn't get it to move realizing I had the wrong key. I've got 3 Rover keys.. need a key code or something.. Later.. Good luck.. Rob |

put your key in and push the whole door up it will open.the lock is not that secure.if you want to replaced the lock with a seperate fuel door key e-mail me at [email protected] i have a few fuel door locks with keys.(it wont match your ign or doors).or you can recode the lock you have now to work correctly...........Don |
