...and I am trying to figure out if the brackets attached to the frame that the Brush Bar is attached to go with the Brushbar or with the truck??

Rans, that tube that spans from frame horn to frame horn?

Not the tube, there is an attachment piece on the front of each frame rail that is sort of U shaped with a bar sticking out forward that the Brushbar attaches to. I've been thinking they go with the Brushbar too.

Thanks for the insight guys, brushbar is off, bumper and valance are off, southdown skidplate is off, OME steering damper is on, coolant leak found (was a loose bolt on the water pump). Mission accomplished.
