I'm removing my rear seats and would like to switch the panels out. Any instructions/hints on removing the panels?

I just did this yesterday on my DI.

Remove the upper speakers and pull that trim piece off, two plastic anchors hold it at the top.

Remove the anchors for the cargo cover - 2 phillips per side.

Remove the hangers for the cargo cover at the rear - 2 phillips screws per hanger.

Remove cargo lamp, it just pops out.

The trim pieces have 5 plastic anchors. I slid my hand behind the trim at the back to get the first one started, then pulled it out by hand from the front. I carefully used screwdrivers to get the other 4 started then pulled them out by hand. There's 4 on the panel, and one where the trim meets trim at the rear seat (fold it forward for easy access).

I think that's it, I took several pix and will post a little how-to on my webpage when I get some time.

Have you already pulled the jumpseats? or do you need help with those?

To remove the brackets + seatbelts, you need 10mm, 13mm, and 17mm sockets.

Did you find a reasonable source for the replacement panels or buy them used?

I kept my old panels, I have no plans to replace them. I plan to use that space for storage and tie-downs, so some of the cuts in them will be handy.

BTW, you need a T30 torx bit to remove the screws from the seat brackets. The seats should be pulled first.

The jump seats also require a torx driver-at least mine do. Don't remember the size though.
