http://www.landrover.com.au/Discovery.pdf Take a look - I wish LRNA would provide one as nice for USA Discos. Wading depth, approach/ departure angles, etc shown graphically. Very neat. BTW - I don't see a CDL mentioned - don't the Aussies get it? |

That is the 02 - it dont get CDL - 03 does however as an option in OZ. We only get 4.0 in the v8 - I understand that US gets 4.6 standard. |

Yeah, but you can buy a new Disco in Oz for list of US$28K and get the 5-speed. |

Geoff - I have one. V8 with 5 speed is bloody incredible compared to auto in my opinion. (I have the 2002 - the dealer told me that no manuals would come into OZ in the v8 in the new model). I dont know what conversion is. Mine was a shade under A$50K "on the road". In OZ our base mod does not get leather seats - top of the range ES gets that. It gets all the other goodies though.
