My '98 Disco has intermittently (and yesterday twice) had fuel back up in the filler neck after only adding several gallons. Any ideas? |

There is a check valve in the filler neck. You will have to replace the filler neck. Get your wallet out. |

Bring it back to the dealer, there's a service bulletin to fix this problem. Won't cost a thing and only takes about 20 minutes to correct. Had it done to my truck and haven't had the problem again. |

can someone check their alldata subscription to see about this TSB on the fuel filler neck? also, has anyone had a fuel tank baffle come loose or anything? has anyone had any problems with the evaporative cannister on the passenger side of the engine bay? |

A TSB is not a recall. If you are out of warranty, you will have to pay. There is no baffle in tank. Evap cannister problem will have to turn on SES light. If you e-mail me at [email protected], I will look up TSB and fax it to you. TSB's are to guide a LR tech on how to repair, not a warranty issuse. Joe |
