Has anyone successfully received a product from this company, I ordered a kit for my 96 disco three and half weeks ago. Trying to check order status (7 emails, two phone calls) with no response and a generic answering machine. Curious if anyone has either received product or actually was able to communicate with them. At the minimum they have terrible customer service at worst they are criminals, not sure which. |

Recieved the kit today, still no email reply, return phone call, and not even an invoice with the order. Strange way to operate a buisiness, especially when the site says most orders shipped in 3 to 5 days and emails responded to within 24 hours.
As for the product, the quality of the kit looks excellent, the product I must say is actually better than expected. |
