Power window problems

I just had the motor replaced yesterday thiking that was the problem, but it turned out that the motor was fine all along. We had the switch checked but that also was in good working condition. Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong and how I can fix the problem? Any help is greatly appreciated. THANKS!! Nate
