Well I have a 96 and a little piece of the dash has started to lift. Anything I can do to stop it, or am I shit out of luck? |

There is a LR kit that you can use - a piece of trim and a bunch of screws. Doesn't look the best, but it does the job. http://www.roverconnection.com/Disco%20Acc%20Pix/rcdsh.htm |

The repair kit really looks much better than the bumps in the dash. After ours had been on a week, it felt like the truck came with it. John |

Dashes doing this were replaced free in UK, and some other countries. In UK dealers would supply a loaner while doing job. Do a search on LRE web forum for peeling or lifting dash, and hit your dealer. Some in UK were > 5 years old, multiple owners, no dealer service records, and still done free. Print some notes off and go to the dealer. If it happens in UK, its not a heat related thing, just bad assembly or materials. jp |

There was a service action for the peeling dash when your vehicle was under warranty. Unfortunately, now you are out of luck. If you ask your dealer, they should be able to tell you the best way to fix the problem. I do believe some of the efforts included extremely strong double-sided tape. |
