LAST NIGHT I WENT TO TURN ON MY D1 NOTHING HAPPEN THE STARTER DID NOT TURN OVER BUT THERE WAS A LOT OF JUICE IN THE BATTERY THIS MORNING I TRY TO TURN TRUCK ON NO PROBLEM. IN THE AFTER NOON TURN ON BUT STARTER VERY SLOW LIKE A DEAD BATTERY ANY ONE HAS ANY SUGGESTIONS? |

Did the dashboard lights come on, but the engine wouldn't turn over? The radio and dome lights are working normal? If so, it sounds like you have either a bad starter or bad connections to the starter. Check the connections first. |

I'll second Axel.... My first check w/ those symptoms would be the main terminals on the battery... get out the metal-condom-looking battery-post cleaner (ouch!!!!) and clean up the terminals and posts. -L |
