Disco 2 cup hlder fit in a disco 1?

I saw that they now have a cup holder mounts/hangs off the side of the center console. I've seen the cheap looking black one that most of the vendors sell but these were much more attractive? So does anyone know if these newer D-2 cup holders will fit in my 95 disco? Also, will the colors match?   zpukajlo Posted on Sunday, March 17, 2002 - 10:20 am:    The passenger side should fit fine. It's the driver side that won't. It would appear that the diff-lock would hit it or be hindered by the holder. Maybe put both of them on the passenger side or just get the cheap one. The colors should match or be pretty close. Hope this helps! They are about the same size as the stock one's but they do not interfere with the dash buttons. I can fit a medium size cup from most fast food places and some that have the monster size with the tapered bottom will even fit. I am getting a set of the 2002 holders because plastic bottles of water and such will not fit. I will have mine for sale cheap when the ones i got from the for sale section here on Dweb get to me.
