Hey all,
Im considering some new tires and everything I have seen so far is pointing me to the Kumho Venture MTs. I am looking at the 235-75-16s for a 97 disco SE7. Anyone have any personal experience with these tires?? I am also planning on dropping some OME HD spings in but I am in need of shocks-- any advice there?? The truck is driven on and off road- about 50/50 but when it goes off road- it goes OFF ROAD. So I need some dependable suspension. ANy comments or suggestions are welcome!! Thanks!!

What did you see or read that was pointing you toward the Kumho tires?

I've been using Yokohama Geolandar A/T +II 235/75r16 tires for the past several months and have found them to be affordable and great for both on-road and off-road driving and now some snow driving. Quite possibly the best tire for the buck.

On the suspension part, I have been using RTE 2" lift springs and Bilstein HD shocks and have nothing but happiness to report. Admittedly, my adventures are not as extreme as others on here but the suspension and tires give a total of 4" of lift which should be adequate for most conditions.
