Has anyone offered any help?Have you recieved any donations? That totally sucks. Was the thing still under warrenty, because if so I would ask them why they market it as an "offroad" vehicle and then shine you on when you use it for what it was designed for.Sounds like your just taking no for an answer.Move up the food chain.IT ANT RIGHT

Why didnt he take the lift off before the insurance agent came out? I understand being part of a comunity but 9000 dollars. Why dont we take turns buying things for each other I vote winches first. LOL

Why should the insurance company pay for a busted axle? There was no accident involved. If he lost control and rolled, maybe, but a busted axle and torpedoed transmission from too much wheelspin? I don't think so. Whats next, insurance claims for worn tires? No wonder insurance rates are climbing.....

exactly why insurance rates are climbing!! my 10 year old RR costs more than wife's '01 Escape. forget the 109 insurance cost as that is for total value and its almost my house insurance rate.

everytime I see this Darby thing it pisses me off. fucking Darby.

Just to clear up this post. I posted the original under "Surfer" because my sign-in did not work that day. I have been following the Darby saga and found this site concerning it and just wanted to share the information.
