Hi Does anyone know if the steering castor angle requires adjustment when lifting the suspension 2 inches on Disco II,if so how is it achieved. Hope you can help Geoff |

Geoff, there are two basic ways to correct your castor. New bushings made by OME for just this purpose (not reccomended) or corrected radius arms from RTE. Try it first, as you may not need the correction with a 2" lift. When I was running 2" lift, the castor change was noticable, but not terrible. Now with 4", I definitely need it corrected, and will address it soon. |

Well I've done it, and as far as the castor angle is concerned the little woman can't tell the difference while driving, so that will do me. I've achieved 65mm lift to the rear and 45mm up front. Next question; 265/75 tyres. Do they fit on the standard disco II 7 inch rims |

yes, 265/75-16 is a good size for the disco2. probably one of the most popular for either 7 or 8 inch wide wheels. |
