I am about to install a Safari snorkel on my 95 disco. I once saw a wading kit that had breather tubes for axels or something. What is it exactly? What is it useful for? If I do install the a wading kit, should I do it during the snorkel install or is it easy to do afterwards? Thank you in advance for your help. |

Just extensions to the breather tubes, which don't go up too high, especially the one for the rear diff. The best kits go up into the snorkel. If you don't get the kit, just keep an eye on the diff oil and tranny / t-case oils, that's all. The go milky when wet. I had water in the front diff on a (new) D2 because the breather tube entry point into the axle was loose. When you go into the cold stuff and the air inside starts to contract, they suck in pretty fast. Dean |

in 95's they had a kit for the distributor.. not sure if the coil .... remember 95's are not the same as 96 and up try to seal your doors better get an extension for your 3 breathers 2 up front one in the back and seal the vent right on top of the rear passenger tire ahh and prey every time you go for a swim.
